I need assistance with installing multiple shelves and picture ledges in my apartment. The walls are rendered brick. Please see the details below: 1. Ikea Picture Ledges (55cm, qty 6): To be installed in the lounge room and hallway. Very light and not heavy. Note: Does not come with screws or wall plugs. Can you supply them? 2. Ikea Picture Ledges (115cm, qty 2): To be installed in the lounge room and bedroom. Very light and not heavy. Note: Does not come with screws or wall plugs. Can you supply them? 3. Bunnings Flexi Picture Shelf (90cm, qty 1): To be installed in the lounge room. Very light and not heavy. Comes with screws and fittings. 4. Bunnings Montgomery Floating Wall Shelves (qty 4): To be installed in the lounge room. Each shelf is light. Comes with all required fixings. Additional Information: - Photos: Photos of the walls and products are attached to provide clarity on the installation. - Location: Potts Point/Kings Cross area. - Parking: Street parking can be challenging but is possible. I will provide a temporary visitor permit that allows parking within the Kings Cross, Rushcutters Bay, and Woolloomooloo precincts. Requirements: - Experience in drilling and fixing items into rendered brick walls. - Ability to supply screws and wall plugs for the Ikea picture ledges. - Your own tools for installation. - Start time 07:30am Tuesday 17/12/24. Installing fly screen awning window

I have two sections of wall that require rendering where cabling has been chased into the wall. One section is 1.2 m long and the other is approximately 30 cm long. I can’t provide photos.

We have three door ways and two walls that we need rendered

Render 2 x bathroom walls one of the walls are 2.6 wide by 2.4 high and the second wall is 1.9wide by 2.4 high and it has a door in it. you will need to be insured

We have four awnings that we would like to paint (three are the same size and 1 is slightly smaller). I've attached a picture of the awnings as they are now with orange paint and a mock up of how we would like them to be painted with green and cream stripes. We can supply the paint if needed.

Patch render walls in unit including material and rubbish removal. Must be clean lady is older and we must clean and remove our rubbish. Patch walls in laundry, kitchen level wall out and Patch l, Patch around window and doorway (doorway is blue board) Small areas around skirting to be patched. Finish rendering walls in small kitchen. All 4 walls have been prepped, but need to render over electrical chasing and build up render at windowsil. Plus top coat on all sections that won’t be hidden by the kitchen cabinets. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 17 November 2023

Need someone with a large ladder to change light globes under a high awning. There are seven lights to change, shades are held in with 3 small screws, they need to be taken off, globes changed and shades reinstalled. We have the globes. Currently I have a 2m A-Frame ladder but it isn't high enough to reach the globes safely. - Due date: Before Saturday, 23 April 2022

We had a gutter pipe installed through a brick wall. It has left a large gap around the pipe that needs to be filled with render in a neat and tidy way. The area is about 2m high. See attached photos of the area inside the courtyard and outside. Preferably the work to be done by next Tuesday.

Needing a builder/tradesman to come help fit out and build some walls, flooring, bathrooms in my gym/studio. Will be about a 30+hrs work needed over a few days
