Electrical & plumbing
When you hire a tradie to work with electricity, gas, or water, they’ll need special qualifications, training, and equipment to keep you and your house safe from fires, flooding, and property damage. We have a 8 metre wide shop awning that needs a new box gutter. You will need to remove the metal flashing off the building wall, then measure up and replace the rotted box gutter with a new one. The box gutter falls to the north into one drainpipe. We require minimum thickness of 0.70mm for the box gutter and for it to be in one piece bent to fit. Then, replace the existing flashing and seal it well to the brickwork for a waterproof finish. The address is 7 Walker St Helensburgh if you want to have a look. You will need to have experience and referrals for work done of this nature. Not urgent but need it to be completed as soon as possible.
