[[Previous task got cancelled due to assignee personal circumstances]] Looking for someone, be it architect, recent architecture graduates or final year students wanting some experience, I want to iterate through a few ideas for renovations of a two-storey house built in the 1970s in Brisbane. Foundation, brick veneer, on a slope. We don't have any official house plans etc so we would rely on your knowledge of house structures in that period that were built in Queensland. Not planning to submit DA or anything at this stage, I have a few ideas of what I might want to do and I need to visualise it to help me communicate and get quotes from tradies etc. If you're in town, more than happy for you to inspect the site and measure things with me, but otherwise I am happy to provide pictures and measurements. If you are familiar with Australia building code, it's a plus. If you have creative minds and can contribute ideas on how to make the house super modern, even better. The budget for this initial stage can't be shifted too much but it might have follow up tasks if I end up needing a proper drawing for DA or for a structural engineer approval. In your offer if you could indicate whether you're a registered architect/engineer in Australia (with registration numbers) that would be great, or if you're a graduate or final year student, which university are you from etc. Relative familiarity with australia building codes and structural practicality is important for exterior design. A concrete structure in the Goodna cemetery measuring 2.4*2.4*0.25 high requires to be rendered. Has been done earlier but the same day got washed out in the evening rains

I'm needing rendering on a wall fixed on my unit a mate backed his Ute into my wall and damaged it and tried fixing it and was a dodgy job now real estate not happy and its me that is in trouble being the Tennant real estate has given me a quote to have it repaired at $2120 and I just do not have that sort of money I'm a low income earner and looking for someone that knows what they are doing with rendering wall repair experience that could fix it cheaper for me and maybe let me do a pay off on the repair need it done asap have till end of febuary to have this sorted or I may face eviction at no fault of my own so if anyone can help please inbox me cheers Steve

Plastic strip on the shower door needs replacing need to re-silicone the base of the shower fix the cracked render to the external walls the plastic feet of the vanity needs adjusting and re-siliconed. There's minor swelling around the lick board of the vanity.

Deck balustrade wobbles and a paling fell off , need fixing

We are looking at getting an old deck/verandah repaired that has some rot and deterioration. This includes the handrails and stairs too. We also have a set of stairs out the back that need some repairs to as well. The front deck is approximately 3.5m x 1.5m. We will be repainting so no stain or paint required.
