Find experienced local tradies in Kogarah

Newly built apartment included a built in ‘study’ desk that is attached to the wall. I would like it removed and the wall restored/repainted after it is removed. Will provide paint but require someone who has the remaining necessary equipment. Approx 2 meters long. It is affixed by screwed supports as well as glued and caulked so I’m expecting it won’t come off without some damage to the paint/drywall. Note: thank you in advance for your replies - I will not get back to you immediately as I’m out and about this week but will get back over the weekend once I’ve discussed offers and timing with Partner - this will likely not be needed until July / August.

Small hole in a drywall to be fixed

Need a skilled tradesman to build and install: 1. Shelving cabinet to store cooking tools, pans, blender, and the likes to be covered by a sliding barn door. 2. Covered cabinet for additional storage near the unit's entry door (preferably with three-level shoe rack at the bottom). 3. Floating shelving unit in the laundry room. (Photos included).

Have a stair case that has just been re-tiled , and the wall in the photo( red area) needs to be cement rendered , made smooth , and ready to paint over. Yea most of it is already rendered but the tiles down the bottom of the stairs have a half inch lip that we want leveled out with the rest of the wall. I pulled off a timber cover this afternoon and that revealed another stair case underneath the existing one , so just need it all filled in and rendered over ready for paint . Job is in Kogarah, only want an experienced renderer that will bring all their own stuff( tools, labour, materials etc). NSW.
