Hang up 5 pictures (largest 110x160 cms) high in stairwell and walls (need appropriate wall fastenings/screws for both brick and and for drywalls.) Take apart (2 sections) treadmill on first floor, carry down and transport 1km, carry up about 3 steps to ground floor house and reassemble.

There are about 20 small holes in drywall due to last tenant drilling straight into drywall to hang items. Some of the holes still have screws in them. I would like these to be patched up in preparation for the property to be leased out again.
