Electrical & plumbing
When you hire a tradie to work with electricity, gas, or water, they’ll need special qualifications, training, and equipment to keep you and your house safe from fires, flooding, and property damage. I have an investment property with front and back balcony. Due to the age of the house, the height of both balcony balustrades is less than current requirement 1000mm, about 100mm short.
