This patch repaired area is from an old wall air conditioner that was removed. Right now I’m offering for this one small project. Hi, unfortunately our toddler was extremely rough and has pulled out the toilet roll holder in our guest bathroom, while also put a hole in the drywall. We need some help patching up the hole where the toilet roll holder sat, and then install a brand new one for us too please!

The Balustrades on a rear stairs of a Queenslander Home have begun to erode. The rest of the Balustrades are ok, but you can see rotting in the photo. This is an investment property that i'll be selling soon, so I'd rather not replace the entire Balustrades. So the next option is to replace just the top handle thats rotted. Open to other suggestions.

So I've bought an upgraded awning and could possibly attach it myself but I really want it done properly. I can lend a hand. It's a different brand as well. Easy for someone who has done it before I would think.
