I am wanting to have the rendering on the front of my townhouse repaired. Assuming a portion will need to be removed, reapplied and repainted. It appears water running off the balcony has caused the render to fail. Damaged area is in a corner and roughly 30cm x 30cm, although expect a larger area may need to be patched. Appreciate the render colour may not be an exact match, however happy with as close as possible to the rest of the front of the house. I am separately going to source quotes to install guttering to hopefully prevent this issue occuring in the future.
