The verandah to be repainted and a few walls in the house touched up.

I need 2x built in wardrobes disassembled before my home renovations and then reinstalled afterwards. One wardrobe is large (5 door) and other is smaller (3 doors). The height is appx 2.5m. Wardrobes will be empty.

We need a handy person, or a concrete repair person to Fix, clean and touch up/paint our small porch balustrade. Photos are attached to see the work required, but it seems that some of the slab has broken/chipped off, and also cracking at the top. We are happy to cover costs of the parts/paint required (keep receipts).

There is a bit of rotting of the weatherboard timber as seen on photos which needs to be filled and sealed or cut away and replaced.

Need replacement of verandah joists and bearers 6.9m x 1.2m

The angle bead on the outside of a sliding door is rusting, and I would like to have the angle bead replaced and have the render fixed. The length of the angle bead is approximately 250cm. I have attached close up photos. The angle bead looks expanded and is rusty. - Due date: Flexible

Dig 2 small holes. Jackhammer a bit of cement. Pour in new cement and put a piece of timber in each hole. Once set put some timber horizontally across beams and then attach awning. Should be about half a days work total. - Due date: Flexible
