This awning at the front of my building needs re fixing back to the brick wall. It is very solidly fixed on the sides but not at the top see photos. It will need two guys to get it down before putting it back up again. I have other jobs that need doing perhaps you can assist with these too?

Need concrete render repairs in several areas. One bad cracked area, and one wall where a wardrobe was removed and left several holes.

Plasterer and painter needed to remove and make new 17 picture holes in drywall. Paint colour is very light beige/sand.

I need my current awning removed and the new Kings 270 to be attached. The van has a roof rack and decking so should be fairly simple to attach. There are some cracks in one wall (both sides) which need to be fixed. This is the scope prepared by a builder to work from. The area is approx 3meters x 4 meters The crack are minor but need fixing. Scope Set up work area and protect adjoining surfaces. 2. Demolish, remove and dispose of all cracked, drummy, delaminating and otherwise unsound render. 3. Cut edges of render square ~150mm wide over cracked area. 4. Chase out and clear cracking in the brickwork substrate. 5. Apply suitable lathe across cracking in the brickwork substrate as required. 6. Apply new render to affected areas to match existing in accordance with HB161-2005 Guide to Plastering. 7. Skim wall to nearest architectural breakpoint. This will remove the poor aesthetics of the visible render repair. 8. Repaint the affected sections of the rendered brickwork walls to the nearest breaks to match existing using an appropriate multiple-coat interior paint system. 9. Clean up and make good work area.
