Electrical & plumbing
When you hire a tradie to work with electricity, gas, or water, they’ll need special qualifications, training, and equipment to keep you and your house safe from fires, flooding, and property damage. You’d need to hire an electrician to install your new light fittings or electrical equipment, like ovens. Someone has done terrible work and cost me alot of money and i now have to start all over again due to his poor work and non compliance to building code I need pipe's installed connection to mains etc its a nightmare, im a single mum this investment I have put everything I have into it and been taken advantage of left right and centre im hopping my luck changes with the next hire I need a shower tap and basin and toilet and in the same wall opposite side I need a for kitchenette a tap im not sure I'd I've described things very well but ur welcome to come and see or just give a very ball park kinda quote , I was better of with what was there originally than what I've been left with now it's very disheartening Please note this task had been advertised before and cancelled due to an offer of help from a friend on the building side but I am still in need of a qualified plumber
