We had someone set fire in our skipbin. The skipbin company dont take any fire damaged goods so we need it removed. Pic shows items. Bin was only a quarter full thankfully when fire was lit.

Want a hand with rendering walls I’ve put up out the back. I’ll have all materials and most tools. Have plenty of straight edges and one or two plastic paddle trowels or whatever they are called etc but any hand tools you have bring along. Looking at around two weeks time. Will be done on the weekend. I’ll get first layer on, would like a hand getting top surface done nicely. I haven’t t done much of it, just small jobs like mailboxes so would like to be shown properly. Repair awning that broke down (welding needed)

I’m after balustrades to block off a space under some stairs in order to kid proof a house as there is a large drop off on the other side. The space is approx 50cm (h) x 100cm (l). Ideally, we’d like to just continue with the metal railings under these stairs extending to the the wall to fill this space.

We would like to add 4 federation style window awnings on east facing windows on our Mayfield home. The purpose is for both privacy (new development built next door) and weather protection. Two windows are narrow and high and may need a different design (bathroom and laundry). Please see photos for images of the windows and two images of what we are looking for. Pricing needs to include materials and labour for building and installation. We would like to approve the material types before they are purchased.
