Fit 2 awnings to a Delica roof rack

We’ve tried painting it ourselves but found it tricky to get an even stroke, so experience with render painting is a must! Putting up an awning onto the back of my unit. No cement or polls needed. Just need a drill to screw onto the house. $50

There is some wood rot in one of the beams on our verandah which has meant that the staircase has been sagging and deteriorating. The beam needs replacing (which we can supply) and the staircase to be repaired along with repair/replacement of some of the verandah balustrades. I will post some more photos soon.

We attempted to render the bottom section of our highset home, but are not happy with the final finish. We need a renderer to come in and assess what needs to be done, then put another, more level coat over the top. We have a couple of bags of Dunlop Acrylic render left and am happy to buy more as needed.
