I have 7x new sliding doors installed that need to be patched to the external render. There are also several areas where the render has water damaged and needs to be replaced.

I need my new roof rack and shade awning installed on my 2015 Pajero vehicle. They are brand new and still in their packaging. The roof rack backbone / rails will also need to be installed first before the roof rack can be installed.

10cm tear to the awning at the roller end.

The render on the two front poles and a small section of the beam are bubbling and need sanding and repairing.

Replace existing (2 sets of) balcony balustrades with timber, with rails including posts supporting the roof above the upstairs balcony . If you have access to discounted materials , we’d be happy to pay for materials through your channels.

Need to get the front wall rendering done

Parapet wall (currently white bricks/limestone bricks) wanting to render wall and fill in expansion gap with a join or something similar.

Render repair and bottom left and right corner of window, and two areas on wall from beams being taken out .

Require 2 awnings to be fixed to the top of the outside walls. See photos attached.

We are after a suitably qualified person to apply concrete render as per the picture. As a guide, the wall area which needs rendering is 1.34 by 1.3. The faces of the exposed bricks will need to be render and patching to existing render completed.

I need someone to fix the render wall (corner) very small. I need it fixed today 8th of December or tomorrow 9th of December (anytime). Thank you

The tiles on my balcony facia are falling off. I would like to replace the whole row by render, similar color (no need for perfect match). Total area: 6m x 0.3m. The balcony is on the 1st floor, access using a ladder from the driveway. The existing tiles can be either removed by the tasker, or by myself before the task start. To be discussed.

Front wall render was damaged due to tree roots. I am after a plasterer to please come and repair the wall up to the slats. 3 sides.

Outdoor brick wall to be rendered.

We have removed bathroom tiles and it has removed the render from the walls. We have a tiler coming and we need someone to render the walls in preparation for tiles, looking for a plasterer. There is approx 20-25sqm of area to render. *photo is attached, cabinet, shower and floor tiles will be removed prior also.
