Front verandah and deck in rear garden need sanding back to bare wood. The front verandah measures 1.4 x 5.4m. The condition is pretty good, has a little warping etc. Access is through front gate, you can park out front on the road. The rear deck measures 1.4 x 2.4m. It's in good condition, nice and flat and has no varnish on it, easy job. I also need the top board on the sides sanding (see photo). Access is good, via rear roller door. No varnish or coating is needed, just the sanding. Happy to split the cost across materials / labour etc. if that's easier. Thanks. - Due date: Flexible
