as part of an insurance report from storm damage, some repairs have been identified that are causing water leaks in our garage roof. the garage roof is on the first floor. there are 3 separate repairs that must be made that relate to:- 1. repairing a section of wall rendering that has split 2. sealing and fixing a section of flashing between a brick wall and rendered foam board 3. Adjusting some flashing at the edge of the roof to remove an obstruction a report with photos is attached below. would like to get this done sooner rather than later, as internal repairs from water damage cant happen until these repairs are completed just in case it leaks again. - Due date: Flexible

Ceiling inside house has suffered some water damage from a storm. Rain water got in and stained the ceiling. Need someone to cut out section (approx 2x2m) of ceiling, replace with new drywall ceiling, and paint it.
