A skinny N-shape approx 15cm wide on one side x 15cm w x 3m long, along top then down the otherside it becomes 1m wide x 2.2 m high B. 2m wide x 3m h approx. Pic to follow I need you to qoute to repair render in a few areas. Only 2-3 holes. See pic. And paint (with appropriate paint, supplied by yourself) in a monument style colour. Could suit someone that might have some leftover products. Please feel free to ask any questions before making your offer.

Tasks required: 1) Remove window 2) brick work to fill the gap after removing windows, also to fill gap created after the removal of window AC. 3) brick work for one of the carport wall. 4) fixing floor gaps in extended room 4) rendering

Paint balustrade and staircase. Staircase is having a carpet runner installed - only 13cm on side needs painting. Everything in white, besides top railing in black.
