I am looking for an experienced renderer to repair cracks on the exterior walls of my brick house. There are two cracks: one on the front wall and another on the left side, as shown in the photos. The exterior walls are finished with render, so the job involves removing any loose or damaged render and reapplying it to fix the cracks seamlessly, blending it with the existing surface. The awning is already assembled. The anchors and screws already been drilled and secured using ramset chemical. Problem:- The distance of the screws to each end is off by 2cm. As per the picture these screws needs to be 2cm to the right. The left side is already installed. Job:- 1) Remove the screw protrusion (as per picture). 2) Drill and install 2-screws 2cm to the right of current location. (This is in essence sort of moving the screws 2cm to the right) 3) Install the (Instahut) motorised awning (already assembled).
