Opening a shop in Paddington have ongoing work for right person.

Our awning was ripped down by some pedestrians. Needs to be re-installed.

I need an area of about 6 square metres rendered to match the thickness and finish of the rest of the wall. I'll paint it once rendered, so I just need a good finished coat that I can prime and paint. There's also a few other spots pictured (next to the yellow parts) that need filled in with render.

Attached wooden balustrade to brackets and then attach to wall in two places. I have all the items

Need 5 small curved awning roof sheets changed in Paddington - I’ve got sheets ready to go You can work off the balcony awning but will need ladder to dismantle first sheet - 2 storey Need a price and we can go from there

The gate is no longer fitting after render patching (it fit before) so I'm seeing if we can shave off and patch several mm in sections to be able to fit the door. Also need to install the door with bolts.

Two sections require cement rendering to a good quality in preparation for final painting. Once will require a ladder, as its between ground floor and level 1.

Our old built in wardrobe is coming apart. Looking to have new wardrobe doors built to replace our current ones. We would like new open and close doors (rather than sliding ones) Location: Paddington NSW

Need to repair balustrade that has come of stair case railing

A section of the metal balustrade fell from the balcony and broke into pieces. It requires welding and reattachment to balustrade on balcony. It’s a tricky job, we have 95% of the pieces but it there may be missing parts, which is okay but may make it a slightly slower job. I will prepare the balustrade like a puzzle ready for welding. However require experienced welder to reconnect everything and smooth out. - Due date: Before Thursday, 25 January 2024

We have recently sanded the whole front facade in preparation for a new paint job. Furthermore, we have also replaced the small balcony and the balustrade is under repair. This has left a few areas that require patching with Render. Would like job completed by 21st Jan, so painting can occur over the Aus day weekend. Can arrange a site visit by providing address. The front facade is on the Main Street so easily accessible and can see areas that require rendering from street. - Due date: Before Saturday, 20 January 2024

Sand, scrap and remove paint to bring back to original render. The objective is to have wall and ceilings surfaces ready for painting. Stairs to be sanded back to original timber in preparation for painting. Front facade of house also to be stripped of paint. Walls will be marked inside for paint removal. Estimate of 20m2 to be sanded. Expect to take 3 days with 8 hour days. Open to offers. - Due date: Flexible

I need built in wardrobes for our bedroom that need to be custom made given the ceiling is at an angle, the wardrobe is quite deep so we want to maximise space for drawers at the back with hanging space further forward. The builders are knocking out the beams so it will be fully open to build in the wardrobes. - Due date: Flexible

Supply and install a balustrade in front of our study door (for safety reasons). To be compliant with building codes. Below is a pic of the door in the study. We would like a black powder coated finish on the balustrade/gate and would like it to look similar to the pic we have included below. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 17 April 2023

2 small jobs: A) star jasmine vine which runs along the top of bifold on wires has dropped a little and needs re-tying up. B) the electrical retractable awning stopped working. Ideally looking for someone to fix both. It could be a very quick job. My place is an Airbnb and just didn’t have time to fix myself. The tying up of the vine will take about 15 minutes and the awning could be as simple as replacing the battery remote (done quite recently though) or it could be more complicated. Obviously if it’s more complicated the budget would increase. - Due date: Flexible

Need a painter to paint the front of a shop awning in white. Paint will be supplied. Approx 16m long. It’s only the face of the awning, not underneith. Will need to paint around the blue letters that say Open 7 Days. To be completed sometime this week. - Due date: Before Saturday, 8 April 2023
