I have 2 small exterior areas that were behind air conditioner units that need rendering to meet the existing rendered wall (attached photo). Further, some blobs may need sandpaper. I also have a small area close to the ground that requires patching up as the existing plaster has fallen off (attached photo). All areas are accessible without a step ladder / ladder.

There is a rotten component to my window awning that I need replaced so that it can be painted. The painting is due to begin on the 31/7. Hoping you can replace the affected area of wood rot. Painting not necessary, will need to provide materials. Security camera to be removed and does not need to be replaced. Height is 3.6m.

Changing a damaged wooden table and want to render it and make it have a concrete vibe. Ideally would be able to shape the corners into rounded edges with a jigsaw too

Existing painted timber balustrade on back deck of QLDer ... about 15 battens need replacing - all battens supplied ... just need to remove damaged or rotted ones, install new ones with nails (not supplied), putty the gaps, sand and paint white (paint supplied). Should be done in a few hours. We'll supply the battens + paint. You'll need to supply appropriate fixings/nails ....and labour. Need it complete on Friday 9th June ! The timber balustrade of our QLDer has large gaps and is unsafe for our 1 year old. We are hoping to add additional timber to the balustrade to close the large gaps. The existing timber is a bit old so might require repair/replacing in some areas, but hoping to spend as little as possible (it's a temporary situation before a larger renovation) so not wanting a full replacement.
