Please help me install a aluminium balustrade fence gate. I will purchase the balustrade gate and fence posts, locks, and hinges, everything needed. Fitting to bolt it into the concrete floor. Twill have gate cut to right size. Attached are photos from side of house where we wished for the gate and the actual gate, Gate is a tubular ring and spear design similar to picture, but is 1.8m in height and 2m in length. Just planning on installing that as a single gate so that it holds on one side. Happy to help on the day as well, cheers

Put a new awning on my Pajero sports

Blue board fence has base acrylic layer of render but needs top coat - noticed micro cracks at blue board joins as some of the base was too thick so I have grinder some down and will need the rest grinded down and use a joint adhesive. I have a new awning delivered and waiting to be installed in the backyard on brick walls. Need a handymen to do the job ofcourse should have their own equipment to do the installation. Awning size is 4.5m * 2.5m. This is the one i have ordered.

There is a covered verandah/deck attached with the main house structure. One corner of the wooden beam needs some fixing as it is moved away slightly - Due date: Flexible
