Base of wooden verandah posts need repair. New footings laid and stirrups put in to hold posts x 3 support will be needed to hold verandah roof while work carried out. This will allow for new timber verandah to be put in.

Repair needed to a rendered brick wall and a step. Wall is approx 4 m long and 97cm high. Step damage shown in photos.

Two awnings on side of house, need to be removed from external wall so windows can be painted above. The awnings will need to be reinstalled a few days later at a time that suits you. Owner of the house is nervous about wall being damaged so the removal and reinstallation needs to be smooth.

Bought a car awning and need it attached to the roof racks, I have a mounting kit for the awning but needs to be drilled straight into the roof racks

I think it is an Issey roller blind for the balcony. The key for the manual roller arm has rusted and broken. I have someone who has promised to come tomorrow and fix the blind. If that happens I'll cancel the task request. thanks everyone for your interest

Fix house numbers to rendered brick wall. Will need to be drilled. Two numbers and one letter, so three fixings needed in total.

The awning’s motor appears to be functioning correctly. However there is something faulty with the sensor(s) as the awning will retract randomly when in the open position. I’ve replaced the batteries for the somfy wind sensor, however this didn’t fix the problem. The same sensor appears to have some internal corrosion of circuitry which could be causing the issue. We need someone experienced to check the whole system and provide a fix

I need someone to fix the Render wall (corner) very small. I need it done on the 8th or 9th of December as I have house inspection on the 10th.
