We've got heaps of windows around the house that are pathetic in terms of letting drafts/water in. Probs old rubber weather stripping/rubber that needs replacement. Windows are possibly bent as well, so may need a variety of weather stripping gauge. not sure if it is bend or due to old hinges/cranks Looking for a window expert to help consult and remedy

Can someone come and fill the holes without bricks and then render it white?

Smash the wardrobe that connect to the wall, paint the wall that was connect to the wardrobe, Change carpet in bedroom to timber floor(about 11 square meters and I will buy the timber floor needed). Remove the tv and shelves if possible. In the end, take all the rubbish away

Approx. 2.5lm of brick wall to be rendered. Ceiling height 2600.

To clean the awning (fabric) with water pressure Need to bring extension hose & extension electrical cord (25 meter each)

Need to have about 40 tiles removed and the same tiles replaced back Underlying surface when tiles uplifted will need to be levelled. Note do not want whole verandah done..just the probelmatic ones. Its a small but fiddly job I know Some tiles might need some slight shaving in order to get them back in place Have a few spare tiles as well in case a tile is cracked

Had some new windows installed just over 12 months ago in my apartment. The lounge room originally had a door and window, which was removed, (including a section of the wall) to replace them with one big sliding window door. Unfortunately that meant part of the wall was left showing exposed brick and some skirting boards damaged. I need these re-plastered / re-rendered, so I can re-paint. Need flashing installed above a small area on the tin roof above the verandah. Also some silicon on little holes on the verandah, that use to hold netting over the gutter. - Due date: Flexible

Someone to render / plaster a wall cavity to eventually transform the space into a bookcase / art nook. The space needs to look finished, so plastering is required on the inside of the cavity and the frame.
