We were looking to remove this existing fountain and the concrete pit, and then to have that section of the wall rendered afterwards

New verandah and new beam needed - 4.6m width there are two poles cemented into the ground which will need to come out too - they were put in by the previous owner.

Repair of plaster ceiling area approx 0.5x1 sqm. I have all the required materials (plasterboard, cornices), just need someone to do the work. Also repair of section of drywall (also about 0.5x1m), see second photo. Would be great to have both jobs done on the same visit.
