I would like a fixed waterproof awning attached to the wall of my courtyard. I have a small courtyard and would like some of it to be undercover. It can be an awning that is already made and needs to be fixed to the concrete wall or made from scratch. I will pay for all the materials. Just need a quote for the labour.

Need aircon system moved above awning etc to make more room in courtyard!

a couple of the boards are warped and need to be replaced. I have boards but need someone who has the tools and know how to get this done.

This is a double story townhouse which has two different tones of render on the second level. The darker shade requires painting to freshen it up. I’ll supply the paint. You can see on the photos the section with the darker great is what requires painting.

I need to replace the colorbound sheets on the front verandah that was done incorrectly by previous person. The work also includes cutting the hardwood posts tops that are "sticking up" in the photo so the colorbound can cover the area properly and not leave an empty square that collects water. The area is 2090mm x 1940mm. The space between the first beam is 940mm and the second 840mm. The structure on the left hand side will remain, I just need the hardwood posts that are sticking up to be cut to a level where the new colorbound sheet can close the whole. I put a photo of what the house used to look like to try to make sense of the mess 😜. Please include materials in your quote. The previous tradies left massive screws puncturing the new colorbound

Looking to create a solid wall between the two rooms and remove other walls so that both rooms have a clear space for IKEA robes to be put in. Red line (see photo) shows where the full wall will be located. It’s essentially patching up the opening of the existing wardrobe in bed 1 and removing the walls in bed 2. We have small damages to the render on the internal sides of a garage wall. Need to repair patch and colour. Colour is Dulux Monument. Colour needs to match - may need to do the whole section of the wall to ensure consistency. Wall is only a small section behind the garage roller door - Due date: Before Thursday, 5 October 2023

Whilst clearing some debris from the roof, an upstairs (1st floor) awning window has come off its hinges. I took off the roller chain and unfortunately pushed the window out too far. I've bought new hinges to screw into the frame but I'm just having some trouble putting it back on. You will need to bring a ladder. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 13 July 2023

Brick stracture that has had bagged render done in the past. straight One wall is 9m long x 2.5m high Second wall is 6m long x 2.4m high tapering to 2.2m the back wall) Third is 9m long x 2.4m high (this side has a window and a door entrance. 8 Happy to chat further.

Need 3 x A2 Frames hung on brick wall (rendered) please. One hook already in place, so two hooks required either side of existing one. Need done today (Saturday 16th October).
