kitchen caught fire with overheated fyring oil. damage restricted to section of the kitchen, no structural damage in rest of the house. needs cleaning of smoke and odour and to ready for repaint.

We're painting our home and we need 2 glass balustrade panels removed from the bottom of our duplex staircase. Then, a few days later, we need to have those same 2 glass panels re-installed, plus another 2 glass panels and a metal railing re-installed (which were removed last week). The additional 2 glass panels were removed last week by another tradie who is now unavailable. In summary the job includes: - Uninstall 2 glass balustrade panels by Thursday 25 May - Re-install 4 glass balustrade panels PLUS the metal hand rail, after Monday 29 May Two photos attached show the 2 panels needing to be uninstalled - they are the two most bottom placed panels on the staircase. Third photo attached shows the top of the staircase, where one of the additional glass panels will need to be re-attached. The second additional glass panel descends down the stairs with the metal railing running along (don't have a photo for that). - Due date: Before Thursday, 25 May 2023
