There is a temporary balustrade that needs to be rebuilt. Happy for a fencing contractor or trades person to remove or build a new wall in waterproof marine ply. Or alternatively, prepared to put temporary pool fencing if it could be bolted into structure at same height. It does not need to be a clad wall, just pool fencing bolted into slab. So either reinstate existing and clad, or replace with a solid aluminum fence that is compliant. Willing to pay $500 for patch up existing or $1.5k for aluminum fencing.

We have approximately 45 meters of balustrades around our deck and two staircases that we’d like to replace with timber and steel wire balustrades, ensuring compliance with the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and Australian Standards. We will handle the removal of the existing balustrades ourselves, so your task will be to install the new balustrades based on the attached inspiration photos. Seeking a carpenter with experience in installing timber and steel wire balustrades. We can supply materials.
