I’m hoping to sand blast the concrete render off two exterior walls within an atrium (4.6 x 2.5 m and 1.9 x 2 m) to leave exposed bricks.

Due to the recent heavy rain, the property has suffered some extensive leaking in various parts. The insurance claim was rejected, stating some areas that needed to be fixed prior to repairs being approved. I will attach parts of the report and photos to the job. It is a double story townhouse.

I had a wall furnace removed and a split system put in. I need the hole filled where the wall furnace was. Standard house bricks, mortar and render to be supplied by you. Render is a bagged finish. Half bricks on every second row may need to be knocked out and replaced. Please work with tarps to protect flooring and remove any rubble. Temporary MDF has been put in place. You’ll need to be able to unplug it and remove MDF on completion. No painting required - I’ll get that done once dry.

Looking for quotes. Tiler has let a large amount of render settle on the gas pipe of the oven. The oven can now not move back or further out due to the flexible pipe being stuck in place and I am unable to reach to try break it apart. Oven will need to be disconnect and reconnected by a licensed plumber.

We require someone to repair the render where our decals have been removed from the wall. The wall then needs to be re-painted. I have the sample pot of the colour required.

Hi, after someone with rendering experience to patch up a few bits of our garden wall (blueboard), where flower beds used to sit. Colour is surfmist, need it done today. Located in Richmond. Areas to be patched up are below in m: 2x.07 3x0.7 2.7x.6 x2

Hi there, I have all the bit's n pieces for the installation of the balustrade to be installed onto the stairwell. It has been purchased from Bunnings, so a DIY type of thing. The stairwell is two floors and I have the posts, Stainless Steel handrail which will need cutting up, wire, wire tension tools, all the joints and bit's n pieces. I need someone who can come and install it for me.The photos are of the stairwell and what was there previously.
