Balcony was re-water proofed and re-tiled. 3 sets of railings need to be re-installed at the base, as well as 3 sections of the railing re-welded as per pictures. Must be qualified and have experience with this type of task. Task is for a quote.

I have got a hole in the wall in my room which needs to be fixed.

Due to a strong wind, one section of windows' awnings flew off and smashed. We bought a replacement, which is a different model as the previous model discontinued and can't be found anywhere. Require assistance with installation. The window's awnings are above a unit balcony window. Will provide a picture. Thank you.
