Due to a strong wind, one section of windows' awnings flew off and smashed. We bought a replacement, which is a different model as the previous model discontinued and can't be found anywhere. Straight drop verandah awning to fit to a unit balcony at Zetland. Awning is 5 metres wide, & too big to take in elevator or up stairs. It will need to be winched up from the complex common yard, to unit on 2nd floor. Awning is bottom roll type, with straps holding at the bottom,& main top batten is fixed to ceiling of balcony, which is cement.
