Unit renovatiin located on ground floor; Blueboard to be put up in main bathroom and ensuite & laundry (old wall tiles in laundry cub'd to be removed and affix new walling; demolishion hammers are onsite, all affixed blueboard have to be cut for taps and fixtures joints taped and mudded over as appropriate; cieling is not requires, except repair of rough in by plumber; all materials onsite a small herth to be framed up for a stone top shelf to be affixed later date steel frame for toilet to be chemically bolted to conc floors inside herth prior to drywall being applied. All floating cement floors demolishened for a clean install all demo waste has been removed.

Wanting to extend the frames of the built in wardrobes to make them deeper. There are 2 built in wardrobes with a depth of 53cm, and I need them to be extended to 60cm. Both built-ins are empty inside and I do not require the internal shelving etc. but I do need new tracks for the sliding doors if possible.

Reposting as our builder originally had a renderer but they can no longer make it. This is a very small job and we have all the materials ready. Please quote and advise availability! A small part of our house needs to be rendered as a mistake was made by the builder and the renderer who did the original job lives too far to come for a small job. This will require two visits and we have scaffolding ready this week (see photos). Only thing we need is angles which we can get or you can supply.

I have purchased (And received) aluminium and polycarbonate awnings and I need an installer to install them for me. The first awning is 1 by 1.2 m and should go over the front door. Included is a picture of the front door with a yellow circle highlighting the location. The second awning is 1 by 3m and is broken down into three pieces. It should go over the side sliding door. Again, a picture is included of the sliding door with a yellow circle highlighting the location. All parts for mounting are included in the kit. Installer will need to ensure the awnings are fixed to the timber frame behind the cladding, and that the mounting points and the point where the awning joins the cladding are sufficiently water protected. Access to the locations for install is easy.
