We currently have a balustrade fence that is rotting. This fence goes along the pathway to our house. There is some stairs. We need this balustrade replaced and then we want it to be extended by about 3 metres

Install an outdoor awning to a brick wall. 1mx3m. Awning has already been assembled, just need it installed.

Casement window was removed and replaced with French doors. Crazy paving outside new door area (1sqm) was torn up as plumbing was chased through slab. Need crazy paving sourced and laid, as well as concrete lower door jamb filled in (where window ledge was previously) and rendered to match house colour. We have exterior house paint already; worker needs to source crazy paving stones to fit, plus concrete and render. - Due date: Before Saturday, 26 August 2023

The roof had a leak about a year ago and caused a hole in the plaster around the size of two dinner plates. We have screwed a piece of board over it for now. We would like that patched and sanded back ready for painting. - Due date: Flexible

Verandah needs sanding. It’s about 11m long and averages about a metre wide. Every year I have it sanded and coated with a weatherproof varnish (which I do myself) so I just need someone who is able to give it a nice sand. It’s probably 2 hours work. Doesn’t need to be taken back to bare wood, just made smooth and ready for varnish. - Due date: Flexible

Need someone with experience to sand and oil (need advice) our veranda and back deck area (small) Unsure on timber type - TNG, likelyJarrah boards Roughly 7m x 1.8m and 2.4m x 13m

Verandah, 11m x 1m needs a light sand so that the yearly coating of protector can be applied. It doesn’t need to be taken back to bare wood, just ready for the Feast Watson clear verandah coating. It’s just the sanding. Not the painting. Probs 2-3 hours work.

Outdoor verandah measuring 2 x approx 4.5m. Needs removing and re-affixing with a dowel joint or corner bracket or both. While they are off would like them given a light, all over sand so they can be repainted at a later date. Probably about a 4-6 hour job in total

A glass balustrade was blown out during storm needs to be reintated. The timber base and flashing might needs to be repaired or replaced. And the balustrade need to be bolted on the side wall.

A few patches on front fence need to be fixed up, see photos. I have some render and paint - may need more. There is a patch about the size of a grapefruit that will need grinding down. And there is a hole that needs to be filled as well, again about the size of a grapefruit.

Wanting to render My unit approximately 90sqm.

Need a qualified, experienced and insured company to paint the exterior of my house including trim, doors, fascia, window frames, fence post, etc.. Note fence itself doesn’t need to be painted as they will be replaced soon. Require prep including cleaning and patch up of some render then apply at least two coats of Dulux Weathershield paint.

*** Reposted - had to remove it due to the lockdown *** I recently had a downpipe relocated. As a result, the original wall paint is now visible, and there's some old screws stuck in the wall. I'd like to remove the screw heads, do some render touch ups where needed, paint a part of the wall where the downpipe was and also paint small parts of the downpipe that's been relocated. Person required, approx 3 hours work, to lightly sand a verandah. It measures approx 11m x 1m. It is varnished every year, but just needs a light overall sand for the varnish to adhere properly. It does not need to be taken back to the bare wood. I just can't do it this year because I hurt my knee. Just needs someone careful and meticulous to lightly sand and get ready for the varnishing.
