Hi All, I have a veranda that opens into a driveway and then onto the road. I would like a child/pool safety gate, the same style as day care centres, to be installed in the veranda. I am happy to get the parts, but just need someone to install it well. It needs to self close and have a safety latch like this: MagnaLatch Pool Gate Latch Safety Kit With TruClose Hinges from Bunnings $100. One side of the wall is Brick, the other side is a metal railing with low brick. Please see images. I will get you the parts. If you can get me a better deal on the parts than Bunnings/locals, then I'm all for it and will compensate you for your time. It will need a wide gate because we need to be able to move freely and including shopping and furniture, parcel delivery, suitcases, etc. It'll need the gate, the post, and the latch kit,with self closing hinges.

Upgrade existing wardrobes in 3 rooms. See details below for each room. Room 1: Wardrobe size 2400 high x 1700 wide x 550 deep Room 2: Wardrobe size 2400 high x 1600 wide x 550 deep Room 3: Install 5 drawers. This is a old 3 BR clad home, which has aluminium cladding on all external walls Recently we had new Aluminium windows installed which fits the aluminium cladding seamlessly. I am looking for services to remove aluminium cladding and put new Blue board and renedring to give modern look to the house. The new blue sheet should go with the existing wildows mounting. Quote estimates wanted for the supply and installation of approximately 3 aluminium built-in sliding door wardrobes (with mirror). Could you please provide me with quote estimates for the supply and installation of both small and medium sizes built-in wardrobes as the size I want will depend on the price of each. Some of the bedrooms are small and may only fit a small built-in wardrobe. I don’t have measurements of the rooms at this stage and am after quote estimates.
