Tent awning that needs to be installing on my roof rack

Hi. I need the cabinets to be removed along with the oven. The cabinet is attached to a cosmetic wall that is not attached to the ceiling (see photos), therefore not load bearing. I need this wall to be cut down to the same level as the balcony walls next to it. There’s a couple of electrical points on the wall, you can relocate it, isolate or remove it. Plaster the wall back so it looks like a half wall, no painting required. No rubbish disposal as I will keep the cabinets and oven. Thanks

Render front face of the house

Painting interior of one level (walls and ceilings), including bathroom and kitchen. Also walls of stairwell for cohesive connection to upstairs. Painting of doors and door trims not required. Internal floor area roughly 95m2 for this level. One external walkway has just been added and the balustrade for that also needs painting.

Sanding of peeling lacquer and then applying timber decking oil to all balustrades and balusters around the front stairs (including in between the wire runners on each baluster). Decking oil and timber prep / cleaner provided (in photos).

Need rendering and cement work done on side wall. Approx 5m by 0.3m. Smothen the top and render. Please quote for 2 coats of render including any materials or tools cost. Plenty of access.
