Removed wooden gas box and need to render area two sides of gas meter on front verandah one side has render skirting.

I am looking for a skilled handyperson to help fix my motorised awning, which is not retracting properly. Here are the details: Awning Type: Instahut Motorised Folding Arm Awning Dimensions: 2m x 1.5m Age: Approximately 5 years old Location: Stanmore Issue: The motor appears to be functioning correctly, as I can hear it running when I attempt to retract the awning. However, the awning itself does not move or retract into its housing.

Our front wall is in need of repair. The current render has come away from the brickwork and so it needs stripping back. We would like to re-render it in a smooth render. It will need to be a water proof render. It would be great if we can get this done before Christmas if possible. The wall is approximately 1.5m height and there is about 3meters of wall (including the wrap around to the side) in length. Images to follow soon.

Under awning requiring painting. Approximately 16m2. Require Satin Black acrylic paint, 2 coats.

I have 12 exposed holes in a few walls from where a set of shelves were previously. I need all of these holes filled, sanded and painted with the colour matched. There is also some chipped paint that could do with a touch up. I have no colour card.

I would like someone to remove an old awning and replace it with a new one I just purchased. The new awning is an Instahut 3mx1.5m one with plastic frame and polycarbonate roofsheets, basically the same as the old one. I am flexible as to when the job needs to be done but preference for Friday, Sunday and Wednesday. I will be able to assist if a second pair of hands is needed to hold up sheets etc. Own tools needed but I have a spare ladder as well.

Supply and installation of capping/handrail to 12mm glass balustrade. Three lengths with two corners, one wall capping, one end capping. Satin finish required. Approx lengths: 3.9m 1.4m 0.8m Task includes supply of lengths, corners, end caps, friction rubber and all onsite cutting.

Ikea metal sliding doors 10 years old on a wheel and groove/track system, now squealing way too much. 195 wide x 234 cm high opening. Needs a better sliding system. Door matetial negotiable, quiet. - Due date: Before Sunday, 22 January 2023

Approximately 5 m2 of rendering required to existing bickwall approx 1.0 m h x 5.0 lm Preparation already completed and ready to go. Needs to be completed in the next week or so.

Renderer Bathroom walls and small WC need light render so that tiler can tile. Hight approx 1.8 height floor up the wall. Also repair approx 2.7 height X 30cm wide with render where a wall was pulled down. May have 3 off these strips to render. Price willing to pay $800 incl GST start this coming Monday 21/11 or can discuss.

Bathroom walls need all the old render taken off and stripped back to brick wall No need to remove fallen render from site. Hammer drill available for use aswell as ladder.

There are some worn wooden slats on our verandah (they bounce). We are getting the entire verandah re-sanded and varnished, so would like the wooden slats replaced/repaired in preparation.

There was a leak on our kitchen wall, and it's been patched over but now we need the wall to be either plastered or rendered -- I'm not sure what's best, please advise! See photos for details. The adjacent wall also has some scuff marks which I'd like repaired (see last photo). - Due date: Flexible
