Hi looking for someone who can help render block wall front my property

We need someone to paint our the ceiling of our verandah. It will need to be cleaned before it is painted and the deck protected. We will provide a paint sprayer and paint and any other materials needed. We also have a section of weatherboard on the backside of our home that needs to be painted - only a couple sq m.

Small rendering job. 5m long 400mm high.

We are wanting to do a built in outdoor lounge at the side of our house with 2 plater boxes on each side. You will be building on a concrete slab. The lounge part consist of the seat and the back-rest - 3000mm wide and 800m deep. (1x200mm block at back and 3 for seat). Height wise, the seat will be about 500-600mm (open to suggestions) and for the back, a total height from concrete to top to be about 1100m (open to suggestions) The planter boxes on each side from end of brick to brick will be 600mm wide, 900mm deep & 800mm height just using small bricks to create a box shape which we can fill (image attached of planter boxes) We also want this rendered so will need someone who can do both if possible, if not let's still chat and see costings.
