I have a Windoware 3 x 2m awning. See photos. I need help with someone who has experience in installing this. Most of the assembly is done but need someone to finish off. Shouldn't be more than an 1 hours work.

Acrylic rendering of external blue board planter box. Appropriate 17m2. Also, some minor patching of exiting cement render of house.

One of the under awning sign joint is broken and almost coming out.

Need handy man to fix awning that faces street. Then need the display hooks fixed into walls. Max would be a 2 hour job

Simple touch up of render where new stairs were installed and left some exposed bricks.

I removed a furniture to install a new one, which is only a drawers at the bottom and now I need Wall leveling and repair, including filling uneven surfaces and ensuring a smooth finish. Don’t need to be painted as the wall paper is going to cover it.

Paint balustrade in charcoal colour

We recently moved our built in wardrobe and were looking to see if we would be able to trim down the two existing mirror doors and frame and make them fit the new dimensions as we have had trades tell us this can be done but havent been able to find anyone with experience in it. The doors are currently 121cm wide each and would need to fit together a 170cm space. If you think this is something you could do please reach out. I have uploaded a generic photo of what the doors look like as they're currently off the wardrobe due to sizing issues.

The tiles that are on the front of a verandah have come off. Seems that the concrete has cracked and tiles have come away. Only four so far have come away but the rest would have to be checked

I’m looking for someone to tile my front verandah. It’s currently pebblecrete, wanting to tile straight over the top. I’m in Miranda. Haven’t bought tiles yet. But I’d say 300x300 unless advised otherwise. Area is approximately 10sqm

We have a built in that’s measures length of 2420 by width of 420. Need to confirm design but will be pretty basic I.e couple of top shelves with two sets of drawers and a bar to hang clothes. Ignore the budget, I don’t know how much this should cost so will be guided by offers. Garage will just want a top shelf that wraps around the back of the garage (like a U shape).

Remove a building wardrobe. Disassemble and move outside to driveway. Then install an ikea pax wardrobe

Need switch replaced for awning. Switch is removed. Will need to source new switch and install and I understand the cost of the switch will be additional.

I’ve got a concrete verandah at the moment. I’d like to put a timber deck over the top of it. The verandah is 6x4m the verandah is all level and flat. I think it’s ready to deck straight on top
