Total 2.5 sqm max Tidy up existing render for 3 x window to smooth square edge plus 45 degres rain sill , close gaps to window frame Render internal and external shed wall , plus close gaps to window frame as per attached images 3000 x 1100 square finish. Repair 5 x cracks in internal and external.walls as per images. Require removal of existing render 100 mill channle add mesh and acrylic render. Cracks length range 2.4 to 6m long view images for details All external rendering to be finished with tyrolean finish and ready for painting.

Install a roof on the balcony of the second floor to stop the rain from coming into the balcony. Can be an extension to the existing structure or a new colourbond roof on top of the existing structure. Need the most efficient and cheapest method as this structure will be replaced in the near term (extension to second floor in the future). Size of balcony is 2000mm X 1200mm

Supply and replace 3 x white balustrade / deck fencing as shown

Inverter was moved and now there are holes I would like patched to blend in with the rest of the wall we have the rockcrete

Simple job in theory, awning eyelet was old and plastic, and has broken. Unsure if gear is stuck or if it just needs to be drilled out and replaced with a metal eyelet. Not sure awning brand as we have just moved in. Price estimate is if the gearbox itself needs to be replaced and includes cost of gearbox. Eyelet only would be less.

I have a Windoware 3 x 2m awning. See photos. I need help with someone who has experience in installing this. Most of the assembly is done but need someone to finish off. Shouldn't be more than an 1 hours work.

Fix concrete retainer on driveway and render

Simple touch up of render where new stairs were installed and left some exposed bricks.

I removed a furniture to install a new one, which is only a drawers at the bottom and now I need Wall leveling and repair, including filling uneven surfaces and ensuring a smooth finish. Don’t need to be painted as the wall paper is going to cover it.

Paint balustrade in charcoal colour

We recently moved our built in wardrobe and were looking to see if we would be able to trim down the two existing mirror doors and frame and make them fit the new dimensions as we have had trades tell us this can be done but havent been able to find anyone with experience in it. The doors are currently 121cm wide each and would need to fit together a 170cm space. If you think this is something you could do please reach out. I have uploaded a generic photo of what the doors look like as they're currently off the wardrobe due to sizing issues.

The tiles that are on the front of a verandah have come off. Seems that the concrete has cracked and tiles have come away. Only four so far have come away but the rest would have to be checked
