I need an outside wall rendered. Area is approximately 2m x 3m. There is also some wood which needs to be sanded and repainted on the ledge (very small area) as it’s getting weathered. The neighbour has scaffold up between our houses for the next 2 weeks which provides easy access to the area.

This is a simple cement and sand render and sponge finish with one coat for an old outside wall. Wall roughly 1 x 4.50 m

Awning is on second level of semi. Was retracted during windy weather and is stuck in corner capping. Will need ladder and pole - 15 minute job.

Need a handyman to repair a damage to drywall

I currently have a built in wardrobe. The interior needs to be removed ( it is currently bookshelves, a desk and drawers). I would then like an IKEA or Bunnings ready-made shelving unit to go into the carcass. Shelves need to be 40-50 cm wide. Would suit a joiner, carpenter, someone familiar with built in wardrobes and assembling ikea/ Bunnings flat pack things.
