Verandah ceiling needs repair after water damage

Hi I need help installing my 270 degree CLEVERSHADE awning on my Mitsubishi Delica. Three L brackets. Hoping someone has done this before, it’s just too heavy on my own. One bracket will fit underneath the solar blanket. Happy to assist in installation. Weight of awning 25kgs.

Approx 21 square meters exterior garden walls, repair existing cement render lime render in places where there are holes and cracks and blend to existing, instal missing render ,square up two piers, square up top of one wall to enable new ridge cap to be made, render top of little brick footings with a little slope from base of wall to edge of footing, blend new rendering and patching to existing- basically tidy up the walls- including all material- walls will be lime washed later so not wanting acrylic render All Ridge capping and fixing like hose reel will be removed Whilst I have posted photos of the walls, two piers and footings, Task should be inspected before agreement is accepted to ensure you understand what is expected and to ensure both parties are happy- we can adjust the price if there additions or deletions to the task

Rendering for block 5 square meters , as soon as possible

I need someone to help with removing an installed bar table and bring it back to it original state. Concretely: - pick up keys from landlord in Double Bay (I can’t be physically there) - unscrew the table - sand and paint the balustrade to its original color, from white to brown (or close, doesn’t have to be exact) - remove the wood

I would like a custom desk built to fit this work space under my stairs . Would like to use oak wood . The desk should have storage draws and possibly another part for storage . Open to design ideas . The length is 187 and width is 60cm. Would n ed you to do a home visit to discuss the job and measure up properly if interested.

Hanging space, drawers, shelves and storage space

It will probably need two hooks, it’s not particularly heavy but it’s rectangular. It will need to be drilled with those special hooks for bricks. I don’t have any tools or hooks.

The hook on the awning has snapped and we can no longer use it. We have a part to replace it but we have no tools or ladder to reach the awning to replace the broken part. This job should not take long with the correct tools.

I need a renderer with previously experience to go after my bad patchwork on the facade as shown! The widith is about 6M and the height about 4 m at the top with around 50cm around. Also to do the inside trim around the sliding doors. I have purchased the same rockcote two 15l drums so should be plenty

I need an area of about 6 square metres rendered to match the thickness and finish of the rest of the wall. I'll paint it once rendered, so I just need a good finished coat that I can prime and paint. There's also a few other spots pictured (next to the yellow parts) that need filled in with render.

I currently have a built in wardrobe. The interior needs to be removed ( it is currently bookshelves, a desk and drawers). I would then like an IKEA or Bunnings ready-made shelving unit to go into the carcass. Shelves need to be 40-50 cm wide.
