Want to have constructed several built in wardrobes. No shelves / drawers - just the frame / plasterboard / doors and door trims installed. To give an idea - the attached image shows the frame idea - rough measurements! They will all be installed in a corner of the room. So its construct the side panel and the front wall. Plasterboard on the side and front inside and out (ie. reusing the existing wall plaster on internal walls. They are not floor to ceiling. I want you to - Install frame - Install door frame - Hang doors - Platerboard inside / out I can organise materials - so just need you and your tools on this price. Pretty easy installation - all are in bedrooms with timber floors except one has tiled floor - and we can just use construction adhesive to glue that one down. My priorities have changed - I was going to construct these at the weekend, unfortunately my wife has ended up in hospital and I am now time poor - so needing someone to help me out. Old doorbell wall anchors have been pulled out, need the old holes patched/rendered and painted because the new doorbell is slimmer. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 14 November 2022

Veranda roof at the front needs to be repaired and fasia needs to be installed.

Looking for someone to hang a framed canvas (120x160) on a rendered wall - besa block under concrete render. Would love someone with an eye for detail to make sure it is centred and secure (it’s going in an undercover outdoor space)! Please render a section of concrete slab. As part of a renovation, I poured a concrete slab, leaving the neighbours side of the slab unfinished. Once the plastic was cut away, it has left an unsightly slab wall and I would like this rendered in a grey render, or bag render. The section is approx 8 metres long, but only 400-500mm high, descending to 100mm at the lowest point. Access is very good, and you can mix onsite, or out the front of the property. I am the direct nieghbour, and can ensure access at any time of the day, as you can gain access down the side of the property. All material should be included in the job, but I reckon 1-2 bags of render (tops) will be needed. - Due date: Flexible

So far: 2 speakers 4 plants 1 vacuum 3 shelves 3 AC mounts 4 mirrors 4 paintings Everything is small. I installed these by myself in the past but too busy today. I will be home but have other jobs to do around the house.
