Building a new multi story house and I have a substantial quantity of glass balustrades (spigot mounted) to be installed. Will need some posts core drilled and spigots bolted into concrete. Happy to pay by the hour/day/or quote on total job. Can be one or two people. Experience required. I will be on hand to help. Have put an indicative hourly rate in.

Render very old jagged sandstone walls. 18 sqm of walls need to be rendered. All materials supplied and paid for. I’ll just pay for your time and skill.

Patch and paint crack in wall, as per picture. Crack length between 0.5 and 1m long and 0.5-2mm thick. I Have original paint for the wall which was painted about 2 years ago. This also includes touching up the joint between the counter and wall. Wall is rendered. - Due date: Before Friday, 4 November 2022

We have Aalta retractable deck awning that has stopped halfway and needs service - Due date: Flexible

My long roller awning has unrolled and I need some strong men to help me re roll it back onto its long steel roll. 4 men would make the job easier and lighter. It shouldn't take more than an hour tops. - Due date: Flexible
