I have two rendered walls that need some love. The walls sizes are A. A skinny N-shape approx 15cm wide on one side x 15cm w x 3m long, along top then down the otherside it becomes 1m wide x 2.2 m high B. 2m wide x 3m h approx. Pic to follow I need you to qoute to repair render in a few areas. Only 2-3 holes. See pic. And paint (with appropriate paint, supplied by yourself) in a monument style colour. Could suit someone that might have some leftover products. Please feel free to ask any questions before making your offer.

There has been damage to render at the back of our garage. Hoping to have it patched

Fill in Exterior small holes and render over, will need to colour match. New home so won’t be noticeable if job is done correctly. Remove black line marks, this will come off with a wet rag / sugar soap as it is only markings Sand down blistered WPC cladding and paint over with black paint, this is also new so won’t be noticeable if done correctly

Build in a wardrobe between walls 2.35W 600D 3.36H

Install Instahut sunshade https://www.amazon.com.au/Instahut-Retractable-Folding-Motorised-Sunshade/dp/B0D78JK4TQ The installation needs to be done on non-load bearing external cladding. There are metal studs behind the cladding. The sunshade is roughly 2.8m width. The position of the metal studs is unknown and not sure if it lines up with the mounting holes for the sunshade. See attached picture for details. Need only 1 specialist, I can help with the installation.

Tasks required: 1) Remove window 2) brick work to fill the gap after removing windows, also to fill gap created after the removal of window AC. 3) brick work for one of the carport wall. 4) fixing floor gaps in extended room 4) rendering

Fence wall rendering repair work

Looking for someone to please drill brackets into pergola, then hang outdoor awning. This is a 3m wide awning. Awning is assembled, so just measuring, drilling and hanging required.

There are three exterior rendered walls. Pics below 2 x Coats of paint I have the paint. 25L Dulux Weathershield It's really just the exterior, as the interior of these walls will have soil. You would only need to protect the front stairs from splatter.

Some bubbling patches - I need fixed so I can paint over.

I have approx 30 sq2 meter of brickwork that needs to be rendered to vivid white colour. There is existing brickwork with colour to match to. Please see attached photos.

My bedroom and lounge and divided by a floor to ceiling section of broom closet and shelving. I need it removed, along with any necessary patching up etc.So far as I can tell it has no structural importance. I also need some alterations to another built in wardrobe. We rendered our retaining wall not happy with the finish looking for someone to do another coat of render to get the desired finish. We have another tub of the same product ready to go. See pics attached. Job is in Vermont South. Should be easy for an experienced renderer. Wall is 6metres by 600mm

Need someone to install a utilities access panel in drywall. Existing hole in wall needs to be expanded a little bit before installing access panel flush within wall with no gaps and then painted to blend into drywall. Access panel provided. Please bring all tools/materials to complete installation. Current hole measures 700*380 with access panel installation dimensions 780*400.
