I need to remove existing Wardrobe to put in new wardrobe.

There is a damaged brick pier which I will be rebuilding. I need a renderer to render it once brickwork is completed. I have attached photos of the fence. It is the entrance gate pier and a small section past it. There is also about 3 very fine hairline cracks in other parts of the fence which I will need patched. You won't need any colour as the whole fence will be painted after rendering. I need someone who will do a good job and also someone who makes sure they do a nice clean job including taking away any of their rubbish. There will be access to power and water if needed. Job will be ready to go in about 1 week or so

Damaged rendering on external garage beam due to car hitting it. No structural impact from what I can tell, but there is mesh/metal wiring that is bent that may need to be cut out of the way or replaced. Not sure on the type of render, but I think it’s some type of acrylic.

There are also some cracks, windowsills and spots that need touching up before we paint. 3 cracks that need patching have occurred on the second story and may require a tall ladder or small scaff. Some caulking may also be required around windowsills.

Hi, I have a pre-assembled outdoor awning (3’ width, 2m projection) that requires installation onto an outside brick wall. Am looking for a masonry specialist with high attention to detail (can follow the booklet instructions) who is skilled with and has the right tools (drill, anchors etc) to install brackets into brick, and can in turn assist with getting the awning onto the wall. I'm looking for a capable handyman to install a 3m x 2m outdoor awning. I'm looking for someone with all tools and to assemble the awning also. Installation to take place in Rowville 3178 ideally on Sat 11th Jan, flexible with time. Can be earlier than Sat but not later. Bath tub paint needs to be resurfaced. Previously don’t but poorly.
