Crack repair on cement render for a 2 storey townhouse. I get that this job would probably best be quoted with an inspection so maybe don’t take my price too seriously. I would like to have the cracks repaired individually, and then the entire walls the cracks are on painted so it’s seamless. I’m not looking to re-render the entire walls.

We need our bathroom resurfaced. You will need to remove the old silicon, paint the tiles and bath tub, repair the cracked tiles where needed, regrout where needed and resilicon around the bath tub and sink. You will also need to paint the ceiling of the bathroom and the walls. The toilet does not need painting. The bathroom is very small (approx 3m by 1.5m).
