You could treat them as 3 window awnings. The sizes are: 1) 4.3m (above the semi-open pergola - this can be attached to the timber posts of the pergola) 2) 3.95m (above the large window and attached to wall below fascia) and 3) 2.7m (above the sliding door and attached to wall below fascia) Aluminium or colorbond steel with standard (monument) color would do.. Sheets can be either polycarbonate or colorbond, to suit budget (pls quote different prices for both). Please also specify size of metal beams (e.g., 100 x 50), also mention if the support brackets will be welded or screwed onto the main frame. Only 2 brackets per awning for the sliding door and large window. For the semi-open pergola, 3 brackets are possible (one in the middle). Single level house, but 2 of the awnings may need a ladder to be used. I have included a picture of the 3 areas where awnings need to go and a simple sketch for the awning itself. I need a licensed electrician to connect a motorised awning to the mains. In terms of nearest power point/wires, there is a light close to the awning and I marked the location of where the light switch is inside the house. So, mains must be very close.

Mounting hardware and bracket provided 2. Wall mount one small (450mm) and one medium (1200mm) bathroom cabinet on tiled wall (studs behind); Both the cabinets will be fully assembled ready to mount 3. Install simple canopy awning above the large window (picture attached). This will be screwed to cement sheet (hardiplank) with studs at the back; Awning will be assembled and all hardware provided. I installed the smaller one from the patio as it was accessible. For this one, you will need to use a 4.5m ladder or bigger. The install is fairly simple, as the awning is light weight, only need to screw in either end into the wall. 4. Wall mount dryer above the washing machine. I need a handy man to install a retractable awning in our backyard. The position is not high and is accessible by a small ladder or even a chair. Preference is this afternoon or tomorrow. Photos will be uploaded in a minute.

I need a motorised retractable 5m awning to be installed in my backyard and be connected to mains power by a licensed electrician. The awning is assembled and ready to be mounted on the wall. It’s not high. Maybe one step or two on a ladder would do it. Photos below:

5x small holes (240 x 120mm) and 1 large hole (280 x 370mm) to be rendered and finished to match existing and ready for painting. The holes have timber infills already done - see pictures.
