About 20-30 tiles have either been cracked or uplifted on verandah due to underlying root damage. Tiles need to be removed , underlying surface levelled and then tiles replaced. Have spare tiles for those that have cracked. Tiles are resting on a dirt/gravel? base so no cementing required although a few tiles might need to be trimmed slightly. I need Balustrades repaired There are missing bolts that have be left out due to reo bar being just under the surface of the concrete slab and the fixing on a slight angle are due to us being able to drill around the concrete reo bar. This is a replacement folding arm awning, cassette type. 4 metres in length, extends out 3 metres when open. Weight of the box is 70Kg, although is installed in sections. Going on a rendered wall that is partially rendered brick and partially rendered blue board. The fixings for the bracket will need to be a combination of dynabolts and coach screws. There is already an external general power outlet to plug the power cord into. I already have the new awning.
