Performing pool renovation and require renderer to do some patch work.

I want someone to do a render my bedroom wall. I have finished it but it’s not smooth as it should be.

Iron balustrade to be painted. Before painting, the old paint needs to be scraped off. I started scraping off 2.3 metres out of the 8 meters in total, but never have time to continue and finish it. I have paint stripper (dichoromethane) and can provide metal scrapping tools to remove the old paint. I will also provide the primer and paint to finish the job. - Due date: Flexible

Two internal brick walls with cement render have been damaged by water penetration from showers. Showers have been sealed and I now want to restore the internal walls - remove damaged render, applying water proofing sealant as the task is done, and re-render. Removal and disposal of four outside drop down window awnings screwed into brick veneer. Windows will need ladder to access.

Would like front of 7 small steps re-rendered plus sides of concrete wall, less than 2 feet tall,x approx 18 feet, maybe take 2 hours. Then bring a 1/2 trailor sand to distrubte between tiles.
