What do trampoline repair services include?

Trampolines are not only fun to use, but they're also a great way to keep active and fit. If you've got a worn out or damaged trampoline, you can hire a Tasker to help get it repaired right away. They'll inspect your trampoline's condition and locate the damage, provide a cost-effective solution, then test out your trampoline to ensure it's safe and ready for use. You won't have to worry about anything else as your Tasker gets the job done for you.

For a better idea of what our trampoline repair service entails, here is more information:

Trampoline inspection

Before starting any repair work, your Tasker first inspects the condition of your trampoline. They'll check if it has any holes in the jumping mat, examine the net for any signs of deteriorated stitching, or assess if any part of your equipment is failing or completely broken down. Your Tasker may also need further details about your trampoline, including:

  • The brand and model
  • Date of purchase
  • Years of usage
  • Number of people who use the equipment regularly

You are also free to mention any problems you've noticed or encountered during use so your Tasker can quickly get to the root of the problem and find a solution.

Trampoline repair

If there's a small hole in your jumping mat, this can be fixed with a repair kit. Your Tasker will first remove the mat carefully, place a patch over the tear, and use a sewing machine to sew the area around the patch edges before reinstallation. If, however, the hole is larger than two inches, they may recommend getting a new mat as a replacement. In case your enclosure net has come undone, your Tasker can also repair or replace your trampoline netting. Using an upholstery needle, they will start at the bottom and weave through the netting until they fix the tear.

Similar to the jumping mat, if the hole or tear is too big for stitching, getting your trampoline net replaced is your best option. You may also have your trampoline poles fixed if they show any signs of damage. When it comes to trampoline poles and frames, it's best to get them replaced with the same model as substituting or modifying them with other parts can cause severe injury or safety issues.

Trampoline testing

When all repairs or replacements are completed, your Tasker then conducts a safety test to ensure that your trampoline is ready for use. They can double-check if all previous damages have been fixed and if all replaced parts are correctly installed. If there are any loose trampoline fixings, they can tighten and adjust accordingly. As a final step, they can make sure that your trampoline is safely placed away from power lines, trees and tall shrubbery, and other overhanging objects.
