Walking machine is a lifespan fitness viper M3 - as it is too big to move to another room it needs to be disassembled and then reassembled in the other room I have also bought a electronic standing desk that needs assembling

I need help moving a heavy treadmill down the stairs to load onto the truck. Just this side of the move, so only 30 minutes. It is heavy and will require 2 strong guys.
