I have a TunTuri treadmill that is shorting the circuit breaker when switched on. I recently replaced the drive and running belts so want to repair rather than replace. When I disconnect the wires to the motor from the control board and switch the machine on, it doesn't trip so maybe its in the motor? I have inspected the bushes but don't really know what I'm looking for. Its an Omega 180V 6 AMP 4,000 RPM Y8F5D. Any advice or quote for repari would be appreciated. I have a Tunturi T40 treadmill displaying E1 error message. I have followed all online troubleshooting guidelines with no success. The type of E1 error that occurs is: treadmill momentarily starts turning (0.1 of a second), then stops immediately and a few seconds later, the E1 error message flashes on the screen. Upon opening the unit up and viewing the circuit board, the main power light turns on (indicating normal and full power supply); and then when I start the treadmill, after 0.1sec, both the ERROR ledlight turns on fully, remaining fully lit...AND also the FAST led light flickers rapidly for 2x sets of a couple of seconds, and then turns off, but the ERROR light remains on. Upon turning off the main power switch at the rear of the treadmill, a 'click' can be heard from the main circuit board (I'm guessing a re-set of some sort).
