Remove 2x Bougainvillea Trees

There are 2 garden beds at the front of the house. I have cut back hedging shrubs and now need the stumps and roots removed. One garden bed is 0.66m wide and 3.95m long, the other is 0.45m wide and 6.0m wide.

We have a tree stump that's been there for awhile, would like it to be grinded down as much as possible
