Termite poisoning a timber house stump. I have a property in Toowong. we are getting the property ready for sale. Termite poisoning was done on the stumps about three years ago. There was one post that wasn’t poisoned. I would like that stuff to be poisoned so that it reduces the chance of people being deterred due to a future building and pest.

Hello, I am looking for an experienced painter with great attention to detail to re paint and entry arbor (just the blue section). The task will include setting up drop sheets and taping off areas that won’t be painted, sanding down the exisiting paint as it’s flaking. Wiping down the area, using an undercoat and then 2 top coats. I will supply the paint but ideally I’d like you to supply the sander, paint brush, tape, drop sheets and whatever else. I can bring a drop sheet and paint brush if needed. Let me know if it will be possible to get done in one day. The area is outside so if it’s raining we’d have to reschedule.

POOL AREA CLEAN UP 1. Remove all seed pods in the palms all the way through. 2. Ensure each one is checked over and remove from the stem. 3. Cut back and remove overhanging limbs from the pool pump area to ensure the city view is clear. 4. Remove all fallen palm fronds from the pebble area. 5. Thin out palms that are overhanging the pool and lift the bottom of the palm so it’s clean underneath. 6. Remove all weeds and debris from the pebbles. 7. Remove Chinese elm and poison at the base. 8. Remove any dead foliage from the bottom of the ponytail palms. 9. Remove any browning frons from the palms. 10. Remove all green waste and leave area tidy

I have just chopped down 65 bamboo trunks and now need help with grinding down and removing the root system. See photos. I expect this root system is extensive and will need some work to remove. Removal of tree cluster and roots

Need roots removed from yard. Have removed some with a reticulating saw. Think a chain saw would work. Tree stump is no longer an issue. Having issue with photos.

1. Large 14m high Chinese Elm cut to ground and stump grind below ground level. 2. Small 2m Chinese Elm sapling cut to ground, stump grind. 3. Stump grind existing large camphor laurel stump below ground level. 4. All tree debris taken away.

We have a 6m palm tree along a fence line that needs to be removed. Base is between timber and concrete retaining wall. Access good.
