We have a Canary Island Date Palm Tree in our backyard that is just under 3 metres of trunk. I have attached 2 images. I need 4 stumps grounded

Need two stumps grinded. They are sending offshoots so need them grinded atleast a few cms below the ground so they are killed. One is 150 cm One is 130 cm in circumference 45 cm in diameter at the widest point One of them has a secondary small stump which should also be removed. It's covery with grass right now which we will remove beforehand. All the vegetation around the stump will be removed by me prior Don't know how much this should cost so leaving it low.
