I need 30% vinegar (also known as acetic acid) deposited the ground to kill palm tree roots - see attached photo. I would like some extra left in case another dose needed

We have a small front & back yard with 3 medium size Japanese maple trees and 4 mature giant bird of paradise and some small plants. We are looking for a gardener with tree experience to prune off dead branches, flowers and leaves. Assess whether to remove some stumps of the giant bird of paradise as they are pushing against the fence. Also some (approx 10) small plants require general maintenance. Thanks.
