A large tree growing from the Neighbour's property needs to be pruned back to the property boundary and all material disposed of. Please refer to photos - the work is to be done for the property on the left hand side looking from the street. The work needs to be done asap - either today or tomorrow as it will be a significant hazard during the coming cyclone The contractor must have public liability insurance to carry out the work. The contractor must also have the appropriate tools and safety equipment to carry out the work. Access to the tree will only be via the abovementioned property and not from the property where the tree is currently growing. Ipswich Council has confirmed tree is not under any vegetation protection and can be pruned/cut down. the scope however is only pruning. Tip vouchers are not available (Ipswich council does not provide tip vouchers)
Adel has done an excellent job. He has been veery punctual, did the job quickly and efficiently and did a good cleanup job after. He is very professional and would recommend him again
