Need help to troubleshoot and fix my Windows PC. Turns on but after logging in you can't do anything. Cursor moves but unable to right click to refresh, launches any application but just blank screen. When you press any commands like Ctrl Alt Del does't show anything. PC will restart after a couple of minutes, then will do the same thing atleast 6-8 times before PC works. In between restart you have to manually turn on and off the monitor for the display to show. Would prefer onsite. Please send your offer.
